Instructions for Users

For submitting any of the forms, creating an account is compulsory. Once the account is created with the following steps, one can login and submit the various forms.

  • To register, submit an abstract, register for a workshop or request for support, an account has to be created.
  • To create an account, please go to the link.
  • Fill in the username and email address and you will receive an email with the link to activate the account and set up the password.
  • Please login at the link and enter username and password.
  • If required, the password can be reset using the link.
  • Details of payment instructions can be found from the link.

Registration - The process of registration is complete when the participant submits the conference registration form and pays the registration fee. The initial step is creating an account in the portal. 

Abstract Submission - If prospective participant is interested in presenting their scientific/research work during the conference they can submit an abstract in the respective category. The abstract can be submitted using an online form

Workshop - In order to attend any one of the workshops as listed here, the participants are required to submit an online form. The number of participants will be limited and will be decided by the Organizers of the respective workshop. The payment of registration fee is compulsory to attend the workshop for everyone including organizers, resource persons. 

Support Request - The request for support can be made through an online form. Only a participant with scientific contribution i.e. who has submitted an abstract, can request for support. Limited financial support is available. 

Other forms will be introduced in the meeting portal as and when necessary and as we approach the meeting dates.
