Accommodation Information

On Campus Accommodation

Campus accommodation will be provided to the participants, subject to availability, on a payment basis for the specified dates. Students and post‑doctoral researchers will be accommodated in the hostels, while faculty members will be accommodated in the Institute Guest House.

Check‑in will be available from the afternoon of 14 May 2026, and check‑out is scheduled for the morning of 20 May 2026. 

List of Hotels

For participants who wish to stay outside the IIT Guwahati campus at Hotels, a list is provided by the LOC along with distance from the IIT Guwahati campus.

We are trying to arrange pickup and drop facilities between select nearby hotels and conference venue. The details will be provided later.
