The Department of Physics, Malda College, through ICARD, is organizing a three-day workshop on “Simulating Relativistic Flows in Astrophysics” from 20–22 January 2027 at Malda College, West Bengal, sponsored by IUCAA, Pune.
The workshop will cover the basic theory of relativistic fluid dynamics, along with hands-on training in numerical simulations of special and general relativistic flows.
Final-year M.Sc. students, Ph.D. scholars, and postdoctoral fellows interested in astrophysics and computational fluid dynamics are encouraged to apply.
