The 39th meeting of the Astronomical Society of India (ASI) is scheduled to be held online in mid-February 2021 tentatively.
Applications are invited for Postdoc and RA positions in Planetary Science at NISER's School of Earth and Planetary Sciences. Online interview is scheduled on 22nd September, at 3 pm, via Skype. Interested and eligible candidates may send the application and relevant documents till 21st Sept 2020. Ph.D. in Planetary Science, Planetary Astronomy, Earth Sciences, Physics or Chemistry with planetary science background are eligible. Those who defended their PhD thesis successfully are also eligible (along with the provisional certificate).

The deadline for receiving the nominations for all the awards has been extended upto 22nd Oct 2020.
Nominations are invited for the "Justice Oak best thesis award" for the year 2020
