Call for Abstracts: BRICS Astronomy Working Group Workshop 2024

Dear BRICS+ colleagues

The BRICS Astronomy Working Group Workshop will be held on 9 - 13 September in Kazan Federal University in Kazan City, Russia, the meeting will also be available in Hybrid format.

This year the science theme of the meeting will be The BRICS Intelligent Telescope and Data Network. The aim is to advance the BRICS Astronomy flagship project. The meeting will bring together the astronomy community including researchers, outreach, education and development practitioners, and policymakers.

This year's URSI Regional Conference on Radio Science is going to be held in Bhimtal (https://www.aries.res.in/ursi.rcrs2024/). Besides the wonderful location near Nainital, this is an excellent chance for young professionals, early-career scientists, faculty members, and PG/PhD students working in radio science and technology to interact and present their work.

NASA Eddy Symposium, 17-22 November, Nainital, India

The NASA 5th Eddy Cross-Disciplinary Symposium is presented in collaboration with NASA's Living With a Star Program, the Cooperative Programs for the Advancement of Earth System Science (CPAESS), and the Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES). This ongoing series of events bring together great minds across the interdisciplinary field of heliophysics. It continues the legacy of the frontier-thinking, cross-disciplinary gathering that the Eddy Symposia have come to define.
