IIST invites applications for PhD positions in Astronomy and Astrophysics for the session beginning in July 2023. IIA workshop on Black holes: Theory and Observations from 15-17 June

IIA is organising a three day workshop on Black holes: Theory and Observations to be held from 15-17 June at the Vainu Bappu Observatory in Kavalur, Tamil Nadu. The workshop aims to introduce the fundamentals of black hole physics and few hands-on sessions with data to M.Sc. students and early year Ph.D. students.

The registration for the workshop is now open with a deadline of 10th May, 2023 for applications.
